Delivery & Installation

Ecowarmth radiators can either be installed by yourselves or your own registered electrician (especially required for when hard wiring), Ecowarmth can also organise this for you using their teams of registered and professional electrical contractors and contacts to such in your area.

Depending on your own particular situation and requirements, we will quote you a price to either include delivery and installation or to just deliver to the property in question for you to arrange installation.

If we visit you to demonstrate the radiator and carry out a survey and you place an order with our consultant, then the deposit (normally 40% with order) and balance (paid to our installer) can be paid by cheque. Naturally deposits and balances from customers where we deliver and install can also be paid by Credit/Debit card, but balances paid in this manner will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

If we deliver directly to you for self-installation then the radiators are delivered well packaged and shrink wrapped on pallets and it is essential that someone is available to receive delivery.

For such orders, we require a 40% deposit with your order - paid by Credit or Debit Card if you are installing yourself - and the balance will be paid by the same method once you have received delivery.
